The primary mission of Scotland Community Health Clinic is to provide quality health care to uninsured adult residents of Scotland County.
The Scotland Community Health Clinic (SCHC) was recognized at the recent meeting of the North Carolina Association of Free and Charitable Clinics (NCAFCC)
as the top performing clinic among other NCAFCC clinics participating in the 2015 Annual Outcomes Survey.

Scotland Community Health Clinic offers the following services:
- Primary medical care
- Medication Assistance Program

To qualify for services, patients must be:
- Age 18-64
- Have no health insurance
- Low-income or no-income

To recieve health services, patients must complete an application, have a valid picture IP, proof of income, a list of current medications, and a denial of Medicaid.
